MEET & GREET
Before any service begins, we want to make sure we’re the perfect fit. We’ll go over your pet’s typical routine, discuss a method of entry, and answer any questions you may have for us.

Once you are confident to establish care, select your services & preferred time frames that suit your pet’s routine best.

CONFIRM BOOKING
We confirm care details, assign care to our pet pros, and prepare for your pet’s reservation.

Extended Care Services
Drop In Visits
$20-35 / visit
Routine based visits throughout your pet’s day
Tail Wags & Tuck ins
$115 / package
An evening & morning care routine centered around your pet’s normal flow at home
(3 hours)
Bed & Biscuits
$180 / night
A dedicated overnight stay for supervision, comfort, & continuity of care (8-10 hours)
Time frames
for service
We operate on a time frame basis at Uptown. While we will absolutely do our best to arrive at your preferred hour, we book our drop ins with the following time frames:
Morning: 7:00 - 9:00 AM
Late Morning: 9:00 AM- 11:00 AM
Mid-Day: 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Late Afternoon: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Evening: 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
