"We use Nicole every time we leave town to take care of our cranky little fur baby. He is the type of dog that would bark all night in a kennel and start a chain reaction with all the other dogs there, much to the dismay of the kennel operator. He is visually impaired, does not like to be picked up and cuddled, and he can be quite vocal. Nicole understands his personality and does a fantastic job accommodating him, far better than we do. She suggests tips to enhance our care for him. She is very dependable and always sends updates for every visit.
