Home Care, On Us
We tailor every visit to your pet’s individual needs and routine- because no two pets are the same- and that’s exactly how we like it. Our approach focuses on attentive, one-on-one care with plenty of affection & engagement catered to our furry clients’ needs, as well as detailed visit report cards & plenty of photos so you’re always in the loop.

While you’re away, we always keep an eye on your home at no additional cost. Our complimentary home care includes light and trash rotation, security checks, plant watering, and mail or package retrieval- small details that help your home feel lived-in and cared for.
Our Approach to In-Home Care
We provide structured, one-on-one drop ins designed to support your pet’s comfort, routine, and overall well being during our reservations. Each visit is catered to your pet and your pet alone. Our visits occur within guaranteed time windows, communication is consistent, and detailed updates are provided after every drop in- so you’re always informed while you’re away.
Before booking, we require a complimentary Meet & Greet to review care details, confirm routines, and ensure we’re the right fit for you & your pet. Once completed, you can select your time frames and frequencies with confidence.
Time Frames
for service
We operate on a time frame basis at Uptown. While we will absolutely do our best to arrive at your preferred hour, we book our drop ins with the following time frames:

Morning: 7:00 - 9:00 AM
Late Morning: 9:00 AM- 11:00 AM
Mid-Day: 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Late Afternoon: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Evening: 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
